The resource must possess a good attitude to team work, autonomy in managing time and assigned tasks. Main responsibilities Collecting and reading user requirements to be transformed into technical functional analysis to be delivered to development vendors. Testing new features for reporting issues before new features are submitted to UAT. Analysis and resolution of blocking problems on applications. Required skills Knowledge of SQL Server or MongoDB. Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow). Familiarity with the world of testing. Knowledge of the business context of corporate welfare and Flexible benefits will be considered a plus. Education: Degree in technical/informatics or related subjects, or diploma with experience in the indicated domain.
