Senior Project Manager – Baker Hughes We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Upgrades Plant Solutions for Gas and Energy Transition applications across our Industrial Energy Technology (IET) portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery for upgrades/retrofit jobs on rotating equipment for Oil & Gas and Energy Transition projects, ensuring contract obligations and customer satisfaction. Manage financial performance of assigned projects, planning, reporting and cash collection. Coordinate scope of work for contracts, driving quality, timeliness and excellence. Lead cross‑functional teams, driving internal and external execution to meet contractual obligations and business targets. Organize and lead project review meetings and deliverables, reviewing outcomes with all stakeholders including the Project Management Leader. Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle, working with functions to mitigate them. Keep customers updated on design changes and commercial implications, providing information on the latest upgrade opportunities. Operate according to performance indicators such as project launch timeliness, quality of reports, productivity and NPS. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry managing projects on rotating equipment. Proven project management experience with successful management of retrofit contracts and achievement of contractual KPIs. Experience in site execution, installation and commissioning. PMP or IPMA certification. Experience on EPC projects. Willingness to travel to engage with customers. Fluent in spoken and written English.
