Senior Project Engineer – Plant & Module Solutions Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and life cycle services, and support installation, maintenance and long-term planning of our products at global customer sites. Responsibilities Leading all engineering functions/teams involved in the design effort, acting as technical point of contact for the customer and technical leader for the project Coordinating with engineering partners for technical aspects of the project, including machinery team and construction partner Coordinating between global engineering teams and manufacturing/partner sites to support flawless execution of project activities Working with functional managers to set realistic and stretching operational goals within the project Identifying and mitigating technical risks Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications Participating in proposal development and bid preparation for new projects Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and reduce costs Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering Relevant experience in technical roles and Engineering Management Good project management skills, including managing project schedules and budgets, and effectively communicating project status to stakeholders Experience with complex projects and exposure to customers Good knowledge of rotating equipment and plant solutions Excellent oral and written English communication skills, interpersonal and leadership abilities; ability to influence others and lead small teams Work style and Benefits Flexible working patterns: Working flexible hours to fit individual productivity and needs Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities Comprehensive private medical care options Life insurance and disability programs Tailored financial programs Additional elected or voluntary benefits About Us We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
