In Finance, we ensure the integrated management of both ordinary and extraordinary financial activities at Group level. We oversee administrative, accounting, and financial statement processes, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and optimizing credit management and treasury operations. Responsibilities: Support the Planning and Investor Relations Manager in ensuring accurate and timely communication of financial information to external stakeholders. Produce and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for shareholders, bondholders, and the Board of Directors of TeamSystem. Assist the Planning and Investor Relations Manager and the Senior Management Team in preparing ad hoc materials for shareholders and extraordinary transactions. Provide support in developing new strategic business cases, special projects, and strategic plan accelerators in collaboration with the CEO office. Monitor and track emerging market trends, regulatory changes, competitive landscape, and industry developments to generate insights that proactively engage external stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Requirements: 2–3 years of prior experience in similar roles, preferably within investor relations departments or management consulting firms. Familiarity with working in large organizations and fast-paced environments. Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
