About the Company: Our client is an ambitious main contractor driving £100 million turnover, with their Midlands division alone contributing £30 million. They’re expanding their project portfolio in Nottingham, Leicester, Cambridge, and Manchester, and need a Senior QS to partner closely with the Commercial Manager on exciting live projects. What You’ll Do: Lead financial management of multiple projects Collaborate with Surveyors and Senior Project Managers Prepare valuations of works, cash flow forecasts, and cost variation reports (CVRs) Monitor and manage material orders and invoice processing What You’ll Bring: Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within main contracting or specialist sectors Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join?
