Global Asset Management Accountant

Position Title: Analyst, Global Asset Management Accounting Department: Finance Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Asset Management Accounting Responsibilities Perform AP process, including invoice processing, staying current on AP aging, vendor maintenance, payment disbursements and working with internal stakeholders Perform month-end close procedures, including Accounts Payable reconciliations and accruals Execute budget and contract analysis Work with Asset Management Accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies Conduct regular reviews of AP processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation Resolve complex invoice discrepancies and payment issues in a timely manner Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with tax regulations Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency Analyze AP data to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities Assist with the implementation of new AP systems or processes Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements Requirements Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounting concepts Strong quantitative aptitude with an extremely high level of attention to detail Time management and ability to work under strict deadlines and multiple projects concurrently Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products Working knowledge of ERP system a plus Advanced English Proficiency with Spanish and/or Italian language proficiency as a huge plus Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience Location Location: Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development J-18808-Ljbffr
