Site Engineer / Site Manager Educational New Build Project Location: Belfast - Full-time - Permanent We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer/Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile new build educational facility . This role involves coordinating all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed to the highest HSQE standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee civil/structural works and ensure project delivery on time and within budget Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and design teams Manage timelines, materials procurement, and compliance with specifications Ensure all health & safety regulations and documentation are in place Prepare reports, risk assessments, and chair technical meetings Requirements: Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering 3 years' experience in a similar role Strong technical knowledge of construction and site management Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Full EU/Irish driving licence Relevant Health & Safety training What We Offer: Competitive salary benefits Company van & fuel card Laptop, mobile phone & pension contribution CPD accredited employer with career development opportunities Ready to take the next step in your engineering career?
