Sales Manger

Sales Manager, Co Tyrone Up to £50k Excellent Package including Car Allowance We are working with a leading contractor focusing on fit out, interior projects and joinery works to recruit for their new Sales Manager who will play a key role in the development of business within target markets including commercial, residential & hospitality sectors. Identifying and developing sales opportunities whilst working closely with the contracts, design & manufacturing teams internally you will; Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors Manage and grow relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and private clients Lead the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract award Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, proposals, and project delivery What we are looking for& Sales experience within the construction, fit out, shop fitting or similar industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Confident IT skills Driving license In return you can expect a generous package, enhanced holidays, car allowance, life assurance, health cash plan plus more.
