Job Description The FNTP Director will lead our renewable energy projects from AU approved status through to full notice to proceed (FNTP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically within the renewable energy sector, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget. Good leadership skills are needed. Key Responsibilities Work towards meeting all the necessary requirements for project financing. Manage the collaboration with the Construction team to obtain all secondary‑level permits and oversee the conclusion of works along with other necessary support during the construction phase. Lead the due diligence processes for capital raising, M&A, and financing procedures. Define the strategic plan to bring projects to RTB or FNTP. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and costs are controlled. Manage the budget during the AU approval phase up to the financing closing. Support the structured finance team during both the signing and closing phases. Engage in activities to finalize the department's budget and strategic plan. Support local community engagement, rapport with all authorities involved in the construction phase. Get "ottemperanza" and executive project approval. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring all project objectives are met. Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Review the technical, administrative, and legal documentation. Requirements Proven track record of managing large‑scale renewable energy projects in the solar PV or Wind industry from inception to FNTP. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of greenfield development dynamics. Previous experiences in permitting and authorization of renewable projects in Italy. Knowledgeable of the environmental and permitting regulation and planning.
