Job Description

Overview Senior Project Manager role at Baker Hughes. You will be responsible for the project P&L and lead all elements of Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties, and act as the primary liaison for the client interface of the project. This position includes oversight of all stages of the project from planning through operational deployment and project closing. You will drive on-time delivery, consistency, and service delivery excellence, while maximizing revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing cash collection. You will engage with the Integrated Solutions Service delivery organization and individual product lines. This is a high-profile position with full business ownership, P&L responsibility, accountability, and decision making. Responsibilities Ensuring the overall management of the project in full contractual compliance and applying the Quality System criteria customized to the project Defining the Coordination Procedure and Project Quality Plan, as planned Being the main point of contact between the Client and the Company Leading the Project Team in the execution of activities, defining tasks and issuing all necessary instructions to personnel assigned to the Project Directing, planning, organizing and ensuring communications and reporting on the Project Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the work of each office/department, while retaining full responsibility to the office/department itself Monitoring Project schedules, checking progress and preparing Project reports Managing project variations Archiving quality record documents related to the project Contributing to the professional development of the staff assigned to the project team Foreseeing and promptly undertaking corrective actions to prevent delays, additional costs, and non-compliance with the Project Quality Plan Keeping management informed of all significant project developments Ensuring invoicing and collections Qualifications Have a Technical High School Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in chemical or Mechanical Engineering Have proven experience in EPC companies in a similar role Have in-depth knowledge of work processes and execution procedures of EPC projects Be Fluent in English both oral and written Be a self-starter, able to lead a team during the preparation of the offer Be able to perform complex tasks typical of Engineering & Contracting companies Be able to work with tight deadlines and ensure clarity and quality of documentation and services Be able to present design problems clearly to senior reports, customers and suppliers Be able to make decisions independently Work arrangement 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Benefits and what we offer Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities Comprehensive private medical care options Safety net of life insurance and disability programs Tailored financial programs Additional elected or voluntary benefits About Us We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
