Site Manager - International Projects

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in industrial plants and multidisciplinary expertise, ready to lead challenging projects across Europe and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities from mobilization through to completion and handover to the client Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements Ensure full adherence to HSE policies, quality standards, and company procedures Support the Project Manager and Head of Operations in defining, monitoring, and updating project execution plans Manage mobilization/demobilization of personnel, equipment, and site facilities Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet targets Provide timely updates and reports to clients and management Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Site Manager in Oil & Gas or complex industrial plants Multidisciplinary knowledge: ability to read engineering drawings and understand work sequences Proven leadership and team management skills Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong HSE awareness and commitment Flexibility and willingness to travel for assignments in Europe and outside Europe Fluent in English; a second language is a plus Location: Project-based assignments in Europe and outside Europe Other information: This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
