Responsibilities Project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources. Addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate. Keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project. Meeting and enhancing financial performance of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion. Securing on-time project delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions. Managing project risk including financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout. Leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiating corrective actions to ensure flawless project execution. Building a long-term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust. Creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team members to perform at their best. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college. Work experience in a project execution environment in a complex technology market. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian. Self-starter with initiative to identify and solve problems. Ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous setting; ability to assess risks and develop adaptive strategies. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
