Interim Site Manager HV - Fotovoltaico

Overview Join to apply for the Interim Site Manager HV - Fotovoltaico role at LHH . Location: Bologna. Employment type: Temporary (12 months possible, with relocation and company car options). Responsibilities Coordinate construction activities on the site, focusing on HV components (cabins, transformers, MV/AT lines). Supervise the installation of HV infrastructure and ensure interfaces with the engineering and commissioning teams. Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and specialized technicians. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with the commissioning team for the handover of plants. Interface with local authorities and grid operators for HV connections. Manage technical documentation and work permits. Your Profile Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or an equivalent technical diploma. Proven experience (5 years) in managing photovoltaic construction sites and/or HV electrical systems. In-depth knowledge of regulations relating to HV installations. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and project layouts. Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel and stay on site. What is offered Contract type: fixed-term or self-employed (P.IVA) for 12 months.
