QC Analyst - Fixed-Term Contract role at Kenvue Location: Europe/Middle East/Africa, Italy, Lazio, Rome (Fully Onsite) Reports to: QC Supervisor Role Summary The QC Analyst is responsible for maintaining quality records, assisting in corrective action plans, answering routine questions, collecting and organizing data, preparing reports, and ensuring inspection readiness. Key Responsibilities Microbiological testing on finished goods and raw materials Water and environmental monitoring Lab routine activities and data collection Develop and implement microbiological testing procedures to ensure product quality and safety Analyze and interpret test results to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve microbiological issues Lead special quality projects to enhance overall quality support Maintain and update the corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) and supplier systems Ensure continuous inspection readiness and compliance with quality standards Provide support for technology transfer and improvements in manufacturing processes Prepare and present reports for audits and inspections Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for quality interactions with stakeholders Required Qualifications University/Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science or related field 1-2 years of experience in microbiological quality control Strong understanding of microbiological testing techniques and procedures Intermediate level of English Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with quality frameworks and tools Knowledge of CAPA and supplier systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment Desired Qualifications Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Excellent communication and presentation skills Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
