Description: We are looking for a passionate, results-driven professional to join our Transformation and Simplification Team. This role will lead end-to-end process analysis and the design of related ICT solutions, with the goal of defining and proposing the most effective architecture and approach to drive convergence and simplification across the complex ecosystem of Stellantis Purchasing & Supply Chain. The candidate will also play a key role in leading the transformation journey, integrating AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making and unlock business value. The ideal candidate will bring: Proven expertise in process analysis and ICT architecture design Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both Business and ICT stakeholders and to lead large cross-functional teams A high sense of accountability and ownership In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological enablers (e.g., Data, AI, Cloud, predictive analytics) An open, forward-looking, and strategic mindset (capable of anticipating future trends and challenges) Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Design the PSC processes and systems W2B strategy, landscape, and roadmap across all PSC domains. Define the integration approach with both internal Stellantis ecosystems (Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.) and external ecosystems (Carriers, Suppliers, etc.). Analyze emerging business needs and translate them into robust Process and System solutions. Develop and validate Business Cases, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and ICT strategy. Set priorities for projects and initiatives based on strategic relevance, cost-efficiency, and achievable benefits. Prepare and validate new transformation initiatives before their submission for approval. Develop a detailed multi-year transformation roadmap with milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics. Execution and Management: Support project execution by coordinating with ICT partners selected for design, implementation, and deployment activities. Monitor initiative progress, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. Provide guidance and support to Build Teams when required, addressing critical issues or risks. Identify and propose system or application decommissioning opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce complexity. Integrate AI and data analytics to automate processes and enhance decision-making. Governance and Architecture: Act as the focal point for the Enterprise Architecture team, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and architectural principles. Manage the application decommissioning KPI and ensure regular reporting. Oversee the quality and accuracy of information within application assessment tools (e.g., Alphabet, CMDB). Ensure compliance with ICT governance frameworks and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and practices. Monitoring and Control: Track progress of transformation initiatives, proactively identifying risks and defining corrective actions. Ensure transparency of project performance by maintaining updated documentation and dashboards. Assess benefits realization, ensuring projects deliver tangible value in line with the approved business cases. Manage program risks, budgets, and timelines effectively to ensure maximum ROI. Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner for both Business and ICT stakeholders, fostering collaboration across functions. Promote teamwork, effective communication, and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams. Support change management activities by communicating objectives, benefits, and impacts of initiatives. Contribute to building a culture of simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement within the PSC domain. Inspire and drive change across the organization through strategic vision and collaborative leadership. Innovation and Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to Supply Chain and ICT. Evaluate emerging tools and methods to propose innovative solutions that can enhance business performance. Drive the adoption of modern ICT enablers (e.g., Data, AI, Cloud) within the PSC transformation journey. Explore AI/ML and predictive analytics to leverage data for business insights and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field. 5/7 years of experience in similar context and positions. Excellent leadership, organizational and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in budget and resource management. In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological enablers (e.g., Data, AI, Cloud, predictive analytics) Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) Fluent speaking and writing English Potential backgrounds: Chief Enterprise Architect, Senior Data Scientist, ICT Program Director, or other senior ICT strategy roles.
