About The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Milan. Working for a leading international design-and-build contractor, you will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor performance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations, ensuring progress aligns with schedules, design, and contracts. Monitor subcontractor performance, site quality, and compliance with Assurance Quality Plans (AQP). Act as the main representative on-site, liaising between project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Lead site and technical meetings, coordinating project staff and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. Report regularly on site progress, risks, and compliance with building permits and contractual obligations. Organize and manage Pro Rata meetings, monitor cost breakdowns, and manage project close-out and final accounts. Requirements A-levels or Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related discipline. Solid experience in construction site management, with strong knowledge of building systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
