For an Italian company leader in the design and manufacturing of industrial machinery for pasta production, we are looking for an Export Manager (Germany) . About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for business development in Germany, targeting medium to large clients operating in the food industry. Key responsibilities include: Business development in Germany, targeting medium to large clients operating in the food industry (fresh pasta, dry pasta, and snack production); Managing in-field sales visits in Southern and Western Germany; Managing commercial negotiations, with the support of the technical and sales departments; Maintaining and fostering long-term relationships with acquired clients for upselling and cross-selling. Job Requirements The ideal candidate should have: Previous sales experience in the industrial sector (preferably industrial plants or production lines) and with the German market; German language proficiency; Availability to visit clients in Southern and Western Germany; Strong determination to achieve targets and excellent negotiation skills. Complementary skills include: Technical knowledge of industrial machinery; Knowledge of the industrial machinery sector for food production.
