The role Assist fee earners in handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion Manage files for freehold, leasehold, new-build, and remortgage transactions Draft correspondence, contracts, and other documentation with attention to accuracy and compliance Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress on files Conduct searches, prepare completion statements, and support in the submission of SDLT and registration forms Are you an organised and detail-oriented paralegal looking to take the next step in conveyancing?
