The role Provide full paralegal support within the Residential Conveyancing team Assist with a varied caseload including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, and new-build), re-mortgages, equity release, and transfers of equity Carry out compliance checks, maintain accurate files, and manage case documentation efficiently Draft correspondence, contracts, and other conveyancing documents as required Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to progress matters Ensure key dates are accurately recorded and deadlines are met Attend team meetings and assist with general administrative support as required Are you ready to contribute to a busy and client-focused conveyancing team?
