Commercial Disputes Solicitor A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Dispute Solicitor (4 years') to join its highly regarded team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality, complex work for a mix of domestic and international clients. The Work You will be involved in a wide range of contentious matters, including: Contract and company disputes Professional negligence claims Banking and financial services litigation Property and real estate disputes Contentious construction and engineering matters Intellectual property and technology disputes Public law and regulatory matters The team regularly acts before the Court of Session, Sheriff Courts and Tribunals, and is experienced in handling cross-border litigation and appeals to the UK Supreme Court. About You The firm is looking for a: Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in commercial dispute resolution or litigation Strong communicator with excellent technical and analytical skills Confident team player with the ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver clear, strategic advice to clients Commercially aware lawyer with a client-focused approach and strong attention to detail Why Apply?
