We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior project developer to be based in either Milan or Verona, Italy. You will join our formidable project development team that is driving around 85 megawatts (MW) of successfully authorized projects and around 700 MW in the pipeline. Full time - unlimited Responsibilities Responsible for the success of reaching the RTB stage Verify the completeness of the obtained authorizations and prepare any necessary amendments Manage the obtaining of secondary authorizations downstream of the issuance of the Authorization (concessions, authorizations for the relocation of power lines, hydraulic authorizations, etc.) Manage the obtaining of necessary grid cable easement rights or manage the expropriation process if needed Create project plans and ensure project tasks are delivered in time. Track project timelines, milestones and deliverables Supervise internal or external Technical and Legal Due Diligences on projects Coordinate with Legal / Development / Finance / EPC departments and external partners in order to reach forecasted goals Support handover of the projects to EPC team or eventually support the sale of the project Support investors in post‑sale phase, if projects are sold Preparing and updating project schedules using MS Project or other tools Communicate with local stakeholders (grid provider, municipality, province, GSE and others) Occasional travels may be required in line with business requirements Support application of feed‑in tariff tenders, when applicable Set up lessons learned from solved tasks to continuously improve the department Carry out other duties that are part of the area of activity, according to your knowledge and abilities Qualifications Working experience in Project Management preferably in utility‑scale solar PV or other RES field Knowledge of Development processes and grid authorization steps Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and multitasking Excellent communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Project and MS Office Attitude for problem solving and decision making Fluent in Italian and English Desirable Attributes University degree in Energy / Economics / Engineering / Law / Business or equivalent Background experience in Construction or Engineering team Basic AutoCAD knowledge Formal Project Management Qualification Benefits Company culture: a space for creativity and innovation International teams: collaborating and communicating continuously with teams across the JUWI group fosters professional growth in a culturally diverse environment Structured environment: benefit from well‑thought‑out processes and procedures within our ISO 9001:2015 certified matrix organization Professional development: access to a wide range of opportunities for advancing your career Smart working: working from home opportunities are part of our commitment to cultivating a healthy work‑life balance Health insurance: we’ve got your back, and your loved ones too!
