Job Description Support the Layout & Piping Engineering Manager by developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, and workflows. Ensure BIM rules are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Lead BIM meetings and provide training for colleagues. Assist Layout & Piping Engineers with subcontractor models and data exchanges. Maintain systematic storage of project information. Conduct regular quality control audits on BIM models and ensure compliance. Qualifications Technical diploma or degree; BIM certification in Italy is an advantage. 3 years experience in a similar role within plants, energy, oil & gas, or comparable environments. Proficient with BIM coordination platforms and tools such as Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Familiar with key BIM standards: ISO 19650 series, BS 1192, PAS 1192 series, Italian BIM standards UNI 11337, and building SMART/COBie. Fluent in English and Italian. Strong presentation, coordination, and problem‑solving skills. Additional Information Responsible challenge within a diversified field of activity.
