We are looking for a talented System Engineer to become the focal point for the high-level design of our complex systems. You will be the bridge between customer needs and our development teams, ensuring that our solutions are both innovative and aligned with the highest quality standards. The selection is open to MSc / PhDs in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science) or equivalent STEM disciplines. Your Main Responsibilities Leading the high-level system design, defining the architecture and interfaces for our communication systems. Collaborating closely with customers and stakeholders to translate their operational needs into clear, traceable technical requirements. Defining and overseeing the quality processes (per ISO 9001 standards) associated with all technical project documentation. Writing and supervising system-level documentation (Requirements Specifications, Architecture Documents, Test & Qualification Plans). Acting as the technical interface between the customer and internal development teams (HW/SW/Firmware), ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Hard Skills Master\'s Degree (MSc) in Telecommunications, Electronic, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) as a System Engineer, preferably in high-tech environments (e.g., telecom, aerospace, defense, automotive). System Vision: Demonstrated ability in designing complex system architectures (HW/SW). Requirements Management: Direct experience interfacing with customers to define, analyze, and manage technical requirements and specifications. Quality Processes: In-depth knowledge of quality standards for technical project documentation (e.g., ISO 9001). Knowledge of communication protocols, mobile networks (4G/5G), or UAV/drone systems. Soft Skills Proactive and strong problem-solving orientation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with diverse stakeholders (customers, technical teams, management). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex documentation. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). What do we offer? Permanent employment contract. Annual gross salary (RAL) commensurate with experience; The range is indicative, and the final offer will reflect seniority: 38.000 - 44.000 EUR.
