IT HR Systems Specialist - Senior

To strengthen our ICT department, we're looking for an IT professional with solid experience in HR systems, ready to support the implementation, configuration, and management of digital solutions for the Human Resources function. You\'ll work closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure process efficiency and system evolution. Responsibilities Provide technical and functional support for HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday) Collaborate with HR to gather requirements and translate them into IT solutions Configure, test, and implement new features and modules Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders Support HR digitalization and transformation projects Technical Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, or related fields Minimum 3 years of experience in IT roles related to HR systems Strong knowledge of at least one of the following: SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion, Workday Ability to analyze HR processes and translate them into tech solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Italian and English proficiency Soft Skills Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Goal-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments Flexibility and willingness to travel nationally and internationally Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering, Human Resources, and Information Technology Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Danieli Group by 2x Get notified about new Information Technology Specialist jobs in Udine, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy .
