Create content: copy, short shoots, reels/shorts, UGC, coordinate with store teams. Community management: direct messages, comments, moderation, crisis management. Performance & KPI reporting: weekly/monthly reports, insights, A/B tests. Set up and optimize base advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok). Influencer/creator marketing: scouting, briefing, contracts, content tracking. Maintain brand tone governance (rock/street, old style) and creative guidelines. Requirements Experience in social media management or content creation (freelance or agency). Proficiency with IG Reels/TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe, CapCut. Excellent writing skills (Italian), storytelling, visual sense. Data‑driven mentality, excellent organization and speed of execution.
