Description: Working in an industry undergoing continuous digital transformation, both in terms of managing production BOM information and its distribution to various industrial downstreams? Be part of a strategic ICT evolution that will revolutionize the way bill of materials (BOM) is managed, with close integration with the engineering BOM across Stellantis's automotive business. We are seeking a highly proactive individual with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments: production processes, supply chain, and quality, as well as everything related to production BOM management. The goal is to join our ICT team and contribute to the development of a production BOM management tool that supports cross-functional business processes for improved information management. Qualifications: Manufacturing Bill of Material: adequate years of experience (minimum 5) . Production Bill of Materials (BOM): Knowledge of industry standards for managing product parts and the various methods for describing a production BOM. Management Tools: Practical experience using BOM management software and the various data processing methods for cross-distribution across various business processes. Change Control: Solid knowledge of processes for managing and applying changes to the BOM. Data Management: Expertise in managing large product data sets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, Homologation, Quality, and After Sales teams. Business Analysis: Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements. Documentation and reporting: Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues related to product configurations and coding. Training and support: Ability to provide training and support to other team members on cross-functional processes related to PBOM data management and the related tools used for PBOM management. Test planning: Experience developing and executing test plans for data management and processing tool evolutions to ensure they meet all specifications and requirements. Functional, regression, and performance testing: Ability to perform functional, regression, and performance testing to verify that product configurations function as expected under various scenarios. Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) Ability to manage project timelines effectively. Good leadership and team coordination skills. Technical Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices (not mandatory). Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Primary language: Italian In-depth knowledge of English (B2 level or higher); French nice to have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in international teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to work independently and in a team.
