Learn more about Triumph on : Our Sales Department for our office in Segrate is looking for a Franchising Consulting Manager (f / m / d) The Franchising Consulting Manager supports the retail director for the expansion of the franchise network, coordinating the entire process of developing new openings. It acts as a point of reference for new franchisees, facilitating the presentation of the company, the management of contractual practices and the selection of strategic locations. He collaborates with sales, legal, and marketing teams to ensure effective operational and decision-making alignment, helping to achieve brand growth and consolidation goals. A hybrid way of working in foreseen. Requested availability to travel in Italy for a maximum of 20%. Responsibilities Support the Retail Director, Retail Manager and the commercial partner in presenting the company to new franchisees, ensuring clear and effective communication Collaborate with the development company to promote marketing initiatives aimed at recruiting new affiliates Assist the development team in the complete management of contract practices with new franchisees Facilitate the business relationship between the Sales team and the legal department to ensure effective and timely collaboration Supporting the development company in managing relations with landlords through strategic real estate initiatives Support the Retail Director in selecting the most suitable locations and defining the relevant P&L Collaborate closely with the Retail Director and the Franchise Analyst for the preparation and analysis of the P&L (Profit & Loss) Prepare detailed business reports to provide partners with the information they need to make informed decisions Coordinate the three main chrono-planning : Project Management, Marketing and Management, ensuring the alignment of activities Organize periodic meetings based on the national franchise contract to ensure the correct management and monitoring of the relationship with franchisees Plan and manage events aimed at consolidating the results of Business Development Groups (BDGs) Encourage the development of new openings even with existing customers, contributing to the expansion of the franchising network To support affiliated entrepreneurs in credit management and control Actively participate in the management and organization of trade fair events, supporting the company's promotional activities Qualifications Around 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a General Services Manager / Operations Manager / Area Manager, or in a similar leadership role Experience with internal / external customers Experience in process, procedure, training Experience in legal part Brand ambassador Knowledge of product and industry Able to communicate in Italian and English Computer literacy – MS Office is a must Driving license cat.
