Role Description The candidate will join the Permasteelisa S.p.a. legal entity as part of the HR Team, providing hands-on support and guidance to leaders and employees in Italy, while operating within the broader European region. They will act as a key point of contact for all HR-related matters, ensuring smooth execution of both operational HR activities and the implementation of global and regional guidelines, reporting to the Head of HR Italy. As a key contributor to the HR team, they will help ensure that HR operations in Italy are efficient, sustainable and fully aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Key accountabilities Support leaders and managers on people-related matters, providing guidance and ensuring the consistent and compliant application of HR policies and practices. Support daily HR operations and people management processes, including staffing, onboarding, employee relations and HR communications. Support the implementation of talent development activities, coordinating and ensuring the effective implementation of regional training guidelines and programs. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, in coordination with the HR Manager, aligned with business needs and workforce plans. Manage operational HR tasks aligning the action with the organizational structure updates. Collaborate with leaders to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement. Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance HR processes, increase efficiency and improve overall effectiveness. Experience & Qualifications University degree, preferably in Economics, Psychology, Law or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources - preferably in international environments - with exposure to all main HR areas. Proven expertise in core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, talent management and employee relations, with the ability to apply global guidelines and adapt them to the local context. Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with stakeholders from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. In-depth knowledge of Italian labor law and its practical application. Previous experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus. Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in complex and ambiguous situations, a results-oriented mindset and a solid HR Business Partner approach. We are looking for someone with strong teamwork skills, reliability and collaborative mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skill, a passion for people development and engagement and a high level of discretion in handling sensitive information are considered as important to properly act the role.
