Join us as we expand our team of experts, focusing on European R&D initiatives in Transport & Mobility area. This role provides the opportunity to facilitate the connection between the innovative ideas of our clients and the many funding possibilities available for the realization of their R&D projects. You will also be able to participate in EU-funded R&D projects with top partners, to ensure the impact of the R&D activities developed to the consecution of the strategic objectives of the EU. Key Responsibilities Write and manage EU grant proposals : Take the lead in drafting Horizon Europe, CEF, and other EU programme applications, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions. Deliver consulting excellence : Provide strategic support to clients, helping them develop and fund their most innovative R&D initiatives in transport, logistics, and smart mobility. Manage EU-funded projects : Oversee funded projects from kick-off to final deliverables, including work package leadership, stakeholder engagement, business planning, and exploitation strategies. Monitor industry trends : Stay ahead of developments in sustainable mobility, logistics, and intelligent transport systems, and translate them into funding opportunities for clients. Required Qualifications We’re looking for a candidate with: Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in R&D and consulting roles, especially with Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, as well as other EU funding Programs. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the fields of most innovative topics in transport, logistics, and smart mobility, such as connected and automated mobility, electric and zero-emission vehicles, sustainable fuels, intelligent transport systems, traffic management system, mobility data exchange. If you have experience within areas such as automotive engineering, energy systems, urban planning, or logistics will be positively evaluated. Educational Background: A relevant business or technical degree. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is required. Why Join Us?
