Automation Field Technical Support Expert (M / W / D)

Contract Type: Permanent Country: ITALY Location: Parma Your opportunity Field Technical Support Expert will report to Field Technical Support Manager. The main focus of the role will be: Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of Sidel’s high complex Equipments supplied to customers’ plants Perform technical assistance during and after warranty period of high complex machines and troubleshooting in case of technical issues Support internal and external qualification of prototypes and technical modifications. Your Mission Start up, commissioning, test and services on Fillers of high complexity. Technical assistance onsite during and after warranty period for high complex machines Intervention on site in case of technical issues that require a specific RCA & troubleshooting Improve personal competences on complete combi, trade associated equipments and line equipments Support in the workshop for internal qualification of prototypes (run-off, assembly, test) Support onsite for external qualification of technical modifications and variants Responsible of equipment performances at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications Your Profile Level Of Education And Languages Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Technical professional qualification Language requirements: Fluency in English is a must-have, a good level of French an advantage for your best local integration. Required Experience And Skills Experience in assembly and testing of complex machinery or field and service activities or technical assistance would be an advantage Deep knowledge of automation devices (PLC, HMI devices focused on the motion control of the main brands as Allen Bradley, Elau/Schneider Electrics, B&R and Siemens) and communication networks Capable to manage stressful situations Organized, able to conceptualize ideas into professional reports Attitude to problem solving (trouble shooting and RCA) and Customer oriented Good Interpersonal skills, especially ability to communicate with different target groups (technicians, customers, etc.) J-18808-Ljbffr
