Senior IT Business Analyst Infor M3

Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize business processes related to the use of Infor M3 ERP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and finance operations. Support ERP system configuration and process alignment to meet business needs. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives. Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance improvements. Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing support to end-users. Skills and Experience Essential: Experience working with Infor M3 ERP or similar systems. Solid understanding of ERP processes in manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and finance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in English. Desirable: Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite and integration technologies. Knowledge of ERP security principles and system administration. Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management practices. Experience in supporting global, multi-site operations. Certifications in ITIL or project management (e.g., PRINCE2) are a plus. Education Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. The main office is located in the southwest of Belluno province; however, availability for business travel is essential.
