Senior Project Planner

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success as Senior Planner: This position is responsible for planning & monitoring complex, multi-year EPCI project(s) through identification and completion of critical path and parallel work activities to achieve optimum performance. Develops project estimates and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera 6 / MS Project software. Calculates earned value management reporting parameters. Works directly with the Project Managers and project team members to identify and resolve problems in planning and scheduling for the project(s). Monitors, controls, consolidates, and provides feedback to the project plans developed. Assists project management in preparing project reports, analysis, and management reports. Conducts project progress monitoring, identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with actual progress. Keeps management informed of issues, problems, and project status against the baseline program. Prepares monthly KPIs and reports as per project requirements. You are the right fit if you have/are: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business. Proficient in Excel, MS Project, Primavera P6, and BI tools. Fluent in English and Italian. At least 5 years of experience in project controls, especially in project planning and scheduling on EPCI Projects (experience in construction and oil & gas is a plus). Experience with Earned Value Management Systems. Ability to produce planning reports and dashboards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. Proven success in planning multi-disciplinary projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Mature, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on. Independent worker capable of minimal supervision. Able to work under stress and on multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% of the time.
