Resource Allocation: Coordinating across departments to ensure smooth operations. Budget Oversight: Tracking expenses and minimizing costs. Risk Management: Identifying issues and implementing solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Providing regular updates and maintaining documentation. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety guidelines. Your Profile A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required Prior experience in the medical devices sector will be considered a plus Strong analytical and strategic thinking Excellent communication and leadership skills Deep understanding of regulatory environments Experience in cross-functional team management Fluency in English and familiarity with industry tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, project tracking software) Availability to travel up to 50% of the time. Permanent employment contract is expected, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical sector. The level and remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience.
