JOB TITLE & JOB CODE Job Title (Job Code): EN-ER-05: Electrical Harness Integration Leader (EHIL) PURPOSE OF THE JOB You manages Electrical Harness installation resources and activities on the project you are responsible. You are responsible of the electrical deliveries for each electrical baseline of the project you contributing to. Build and develop the EHI technical competency in the Team. ORGANISATION Organisation structure (job belongs to) RSC, Engineering, Train Electrical Reports Directly to: Other Reporting to: TEE / Harness Design Leader Direct reports: Network & Links Internal CDL/HDL, TEE Mechanical designer, Electrical Routing designer and Advanced Industrialisation Central team on multi-sites and transversals activities (tools deployment, WoW sharing…) External Customer (Rolling stock) Components suppliers MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Measurement/KPI’s Quality of their delivery (included sub-contractor delivery): 1st time quality rate > 90% (quality rate = modification validated OK / number of modifications applied) Respect of the delivery planning (included sub-contractor delivery): 100% on time delivery Level of application of standard PPL: 85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector. Configuration management of your deliverables: 100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration database Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects: zero missing RoE Accountable for: Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline and retrofit made of : Harness Design workload on your project/tender, Applying of the Metier rules and processes Responsible for: Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration, Managing the EHI QCD of your project, Managing the EHI work-load of your project, and effective utilization of Harness designer Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance) MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES Educational Requirements Mandatory: Graduate from an Engineering School Experience Mandatory: Total experience 5 Years Electronic / Electrotechnical / Electro - Mechanical engineering knowledge Electrical CAD experience (at least 3 years) Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years) Uses of E3S or See One Railway experience Industrial and manufacturing view in order to better understand their “internal clients Good Communications and interpersonal skills Customer Focus Structured and organised with Hands-on approach Fluent in English and national language on the site Resilience Able to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structure Force of proposal to improve processes and deliverables An agile, inclusive and responsiblecultureis the foundation of ourcompanywhere diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advanceintheir careers.
