Inventory Co-Ordinator

Your new company Hays are partnering with a leading FMCG Production organisation to recruit for an Inventory & Data Co-ordinator to join their logistics team in Belfast. Your new role You will help keep inventory accurate and provide reports that support key decisions. Your main responsibilities will include: Recording and updating stock movements across systems Investigating stock discrepancies and losses, and suggesting improvements Checking storage capacity and creating reports for planning Reconciling data between SAP and third-party WMS systems Monitoring stock dwell times to improve flow Reporting and investigating any inventory issues to support continuous improvement What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role Knowledge of SAP and WMS platforms Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, conditional formatting) Good problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible and proactive approach What you'll get in return Opportunities for career growth A supportive and collaborative team environment Occasional travel to warehouse sites What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
