Job Description Job Description Description of the role: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Lift Kit, Customs, and Accessories Installer to join our team at Parks of Gainesville. As an installer, you will be responsible for customizing vehicles with lift kits and accessories to enhance their performance and visual appeal. A supportive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: Perform quality installations of automotive accessories on all makes and model vehicles. Accessory items you will consist of but not limited to, roof rack systems, bed liners, bed covers, trailer hitches, wireless charge pads, front and rear park assists, interior illumination kits, exterior body kits, illuminated scuff plates, frame-less mirror links, upgraded fog light systems, body decals, front and rear bumper guards, spoilers, mount wheel/ tires and any new accessories put into production. You will be tasked to complete Pre-delivery inspections for the OEM Manufacturers as well as campaign initiates that require parts replacement or re-flash of ECU software. You will need to meet the time requirements of each accessory installation per OEM manufacturer guidelines. Quality is the key components of Parks core. Every installation will adhere to the OEM manufacturers Quality Control guidelines. The environment will operate mostly inside the shop. In some cases, based on the logistics we will be required to operate outside. Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
