What You’ll Do * Help manage compliance checks for new candidates (DBS, ID, Right to Work, references, qualifications). * Keep systems up to date and ensure all documents are accurate. * Format CVs and help submit candidates to live job roles. * Support the team with admin and communication to keep everything running smoothly. * Take on more responsibility as you learn — with clear career progression.
