Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a major residential development in Central London. This is a freelance position with a 16-month duration, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-end residential environments. About the Role: The successful Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the electrical package on a large-scale residential project, working closely with the site and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and health & safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: * Full management of electrical installation on-site * Coordination with other trades and subcontractors * Managing site labour and ensuring productivity * Liaising with the client, main contractor, and consultants * Ensuring HSEQ policies are enforced at all stages of the project * Reporting progress to senior management Requirements: * 5 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally with long tenure at previous companies (no jumpy CVs) * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification – essential * Proven track record delivering residential projects for Tier 1 or leading M&E contractors * Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills * Excellent communication and problem-solving ability This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Electrical Project Manager looking to work with one of the UK’s top M&E contractors.
