Site Manager – Short-Term Contract (Potential for Extension) Location: Chatham Start Date: Wednesday 16th October Duration: 2 Weeks (with potential for follow-on work in Faversham) We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client who requires an experienced Site Manager for a short-term internal works project in Chatham. The role is initially 2 weeks, but if the right candidate performs well, there is an opportunity to move onto a follow-up project. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage internal works on a live site * Maintain site safety and ensure work is completed to high standards * Coordinate with subcontractors and manage day-to-day site operations Requirements: * SMSTS * First Aid (in-date) * Enhanced DBS (must be valid and up to date) * Strong track record delivering internal fit-out or refurbishment projects * Ability to hit the ground running and work independently If you are interested in this position please call Georgia at CPR Recruitment
