This is a full-time, long-term role ideal for graduates looking to gain valuable school-based experience or for qualified Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3 or equivalent) seeking to further develop their skills in a supportive environment. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and wider school team to support pupils’ learning and development across the curriculum. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging learning environment, assisting with small group work, one-to-one support, and classroom activities. Depending on your experience and interests, you may also have the opportunity to work with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), supporting their academic and emotional progress through tailored strategies and structured routines.
