The Role – KS1 Teaching Assistant Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1. Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, helping to boost confidence and progress. Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and maintain a positive learning environment. Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEN) where required. Promote positive behaviour and ensure all children feel included and valued.
