Senior Quantity Surveyor

Pinnacle are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, who is looking for there next step into a commercial lead to guide, develop and manage staff and over see a large highways maintenance projects based in Waltham Forrest. * Preparing detailed Bill of Quantities and cost estimates * Managing and overseeing all stages of the project life cycle, from inception to completion * Conducting site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans and contract terms * Providing accurate and timely cost advice and financial reporting * Collaborating with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies * Ensuring effective cost control and value engineering * Negotiating contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers * Identifying and managing commercial risks They are looking for a forward thinking Senior Quantity surveyor, who wants the chance to look for improvements and also develop staff.
