Sharepoint Developer

SharePoint Developer (6 month contract initially) Fully remote, Outside IR35, 1 day p/week (can be done in spare time or with other client work) £50-£55 p/hour We’re looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to help improve and streamline a specialist Case Management system built on SharePoint and Power BI. You’ll be working with a small in-house team to review, refine and enhance a live system that supports the full workflow of a custom medical device process — from data intake and engineering through to manufacturing and delivery. What you’ll be doing: * Reviewing the current SharePoint setup and documenting architecture and workflows * Improving site structure, metadata and data capture processes * Optimising lists and libraries for better performance and usability * Refining Power Platform workflows for efficiency and scalability * Adding validation rules to strengthen data integrity and traceability * Building better forms and user interfaces * Developing dashboards and tools that give visibility of progress, turnaround times and bottlenecks What we’re looking for: * Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) * A practical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on usability and performance * Someone confident collaborating with non-technical teams and improving existing systems rather than starting from scratch If you like getting under the hood of live systems, making them run smoother, faster and smarter — this will suit you well
