Facilities Account Director Upto £90000 plus car allowance and bonus and excellent benefits Lancashire PFI Healthcare A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Management Account Director to lead a large Hard FM team delivering a complex PFI healthcare contract in Lancashire. This role requires a confident and proactive leader with strong commercial awareness, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to deliver consistently high standards across a demanding environment. You’ll be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring full compliance, and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a large Hard FM team to deliver high-performing services Oversee operational, financial, and contractual performance across the estate Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Promote a positive culture focused on quality, safety, and accountability About You: Proven experience leading large-scale FM contracts, ideally within healthcare or PFI Strong financial and commercial management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities Track record of delivering results through effective people and contract management
