Damp & Mould Surveyor

I am looking for a Damp and Mould Surveyor who is immediately available to work in Hertfordshire for a housing association. The Damp and Mould Surveyor will be responsible for providing support to the delivery of the Damp, Mould and Repairs services. This role provides business mileage Benefits of the Damp and Mould Surveyor role: 28 Days annual leave Employer pension contribution 11% Career development opportunities Employee reward scheme Business mileage for site based travel Duties of the role: Carry out appropriate damp & mould property pre and post inspections Produce detailed specifications of the work using SOR for remediation and future prevention of repairs Utilize composite values to support the assessment and resolution of damp and mould cases Produce technical reports to document findings and support case management Demonstrate actions taken to effectively resolve damp and mould complaints What is required for the Damp and Mould Surveyor position: Experience within social housing Experience with carrying out damp and mould surveys HND / HNC in Construction or Property Management or relevant experience DBS Basic level Experience using NHF 7.2/ SOR If you are interested in applying for the Damp and Mould Surveyor role, apply online now or contact Jazmin on 0121 790 0980/
