About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a top-tier professional indemnity practice. You'll work on a diverse range of professional liability matters, including: Professional indemnity Public liability Property damage Directors & Officers (D&O) liability Policy coverage disputes You'll represent a broad range of clients, including construction professionals, accountants and technology specialists, handling high-quality, high-value cases often worth millions. Our Must Haves: Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) Previous legal insurance experience with a strong understanding of the relationship between legal and insurance sectors. This experience should ideally come from handling professional indemnity or property damage liability insurance claims , preferably from a defendant's perspective Experience advising on insurance policy coverage issues and disputes , ideally from a defendant's standpoint Previous involvement in pursuing subrogated recoveries is desirable Proven ability to manage claims across a wide range of values and against various types of opponents (including litigants in person, Solicitors and large corporates) Ready to Take the Next Step?
