Contracts Manager – Care Home Construction Projects Location: South East England Salary: £75,000 Full Package Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record delivering care home or healthcare developments from start to finish? This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable main contractor with a strong pipeline of design & build projects across the South East. The Opportunity: You’ll take the lead on multiple care home construction projects, managing delivery teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-spec residential and healthcare schemes, and they’re now looking for a talented leader to help drive continued success.
