Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 Qualified Location: Newham Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | All Year Round Are you passionate about early years education and ready to inspire little minds every day? Enjoy a permanent, year-round role with opportunities to progress. The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will: Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5. Plan and deliver engaging activities that spark curiosity and support development. Track and record children's progress in line with the EYFS, supporting their next steps. Build positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing each child's learning journey. Work closely with colleagues to ensure every child thrives. What We're Looking For Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential). Experience in an early years setting with a genuine passion for childcare. A positive, caring and proactive approach. Good knowledge of safeguarding and child development. A team player with creativity, energy and enthusiasm. What's on Offer Salary £20,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience). Full-time rota between 7:30am - 6:15pm (flexible shifts). Excellent transport links (please note: no on-site parking). Ongoing training and professional development.
