Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging lessons in Painting & Decorating at levels 1–3, ensuring learners develop strong practical skills and industry knowledge. * Plan, prepare, and assess learner work in line with awarding body standards. * Support learners through classroom teaching, workshop practice, and one-to-one mentoring. * Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance. * Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance are upheld at all times. What We’re Looking For * Recognised qualification in Painting & Decorating (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). * Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or willingness to work towards one). * Strong industry background with hands-on experience in Painting & Decorating. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * A passion for supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
