Asset Operations Officer

We’re seeking an Asset Operations Officer to support the safe and efficient operation of transport and highway assets across London. You’ll coordinate day-to-day maintenance, manage contractors, and ensure assets are compliant, reliable, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities * Deliver daily operational and maintenance activities across your assigned region. * Manage supplier performance and ensure work meets quality and safety standards. * Respond to incidents and emergencies to keep the network safe and open. * Build strong relationships with contractors, local authorities, and stakeholders. * Support asset management projects and contribute to performance improvements. About You * Background in highways, transport, or asset management. * Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and asset management principles. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Experience using maintenance or asset systems (e.g., NAMS, SFM). * Full UK driving licence.
